Pupil voice is vital because it empowers students by valuing their opinions and perspectives, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility towards their learning environment.

When children are given the opportunity to express their ideas and contribute to decision-making processes, they develop confidence, communication skills, and a deeper connection to their school community.  At Royal Park, we believe that t6his collaborative approach not only enhances student engagement and motivation but also helps create a more inclusive and supportive educational atmosphere.
