-
Enrichment Activities: We fund extracurricular clubs, trips, and special events to enrich our’ learning experiences.
-
Parental Engagement: We encourage parents to get involved in their child’s education through workshops and resources to support learning at home.
Tracking Progress
To effectively monitor and track the impact of our Pupil Premium interventions, we employ a range of strategies:
-
Baseline Assessments
We conduct baseline assessments to establish a starting point for each pupil receiving support. This allows us to tailor interventions to individual needs. -
Regular Progress Reviews and data tracking
We hold termly reviews to assess the progress of pupils receiving Pupil Premium funding. This includes analysing academic performance, attendance, and social-emotional development. -
Pupil Voice
We actively seek feedback from our children through surveys and discussions. Understanding their perspectives helps us gauge the effectiveness of our support and make necessary adjustments. -
Parental Engagement
We maintain open communication with parents and guardians. Regular updates on their child’s progress and involvement in planning interventions ensure that we are aligned with home support. -
Professional Development
Our staff receives ongoing training to effectively implement and adapt interventions. We share best practices and learn from each other’s experiences to enhance the quality of support provided. -
Impact Evaluations
At the end of each term, we conduct evaluations to measure the overall impact. This includes assessing academic outcomes, personal development, and the achievement of individual goals. -
Reporting and Accountability
We regularly report our findings to the governing body and stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability. This helps us continuously refine our approach to maximise the impact of Pupil Premium funding.
By employing these strategies, we aim to ensure that all our pupils, especially those eligible for Pupil Premium, receive the support they need to reach their full potential.
